Preston pulled my chair out for me as we sat down. We talked the entire time we ate. He told me about growing up in Boston before his father retired to the country. He had two brothers and a sister. His favorite place to be was at his parents’ country house or on the ocean sailing.
I decided to keep the conversation on Preston and he didn’t seem to mind.
Lori walked over and placed the Nutella and Bananas down in front of us.
“Dig in,” Preston said with a smile.
Chewing on my bottom lip, I asked, “Um . . . is Nutella good?”

Searching for Harmony, is a highly emotive story. It brings about a gamut of emotions including sadness, joy, humor and love. It's both a heartbreaking and heartwarming story. A great author is able to have you completely connect with the characters and story, which I certainly did with this book. At points within this book, I had tears streaming down my face and at others I was laughing out loud.
Preston and Harmony's story is a friends to lovers romance. Harmony hasn't had an easy life and her heart has been battered. She's had to deal with a great loss at a young age and is mature for her age. She has to decide if she ants to risk her heart by loving again.
I loved the connection the characters shared, right from the start their chemistry was incredibly intense. Their shared banter was engaging and entertaining.
I loved the siblings and Preston's family members, there were wonderful and added layers and complexity to the story.
This is a five star read I thoroughly recommend!
