Beautiful Broken Life is the second title in the Sutter Lake series. I fell in love with Catherine’s writing style whilst reading Beautifully Broken Pieces.
Beautiful Broken Life is a beautiful, moving, emotional and angsty journey of love, friendship, family and community.
Tessa is desperate to outrun her past. She is gentle, kind, shy and reserved, but resilient and strong despite her fears. Seeing her character develop and evolve over the course of this title was amazing.
Liam is a famous musician with a heart of gold. Fame hasn’t gone to his head, he’s kind, caring, compassionate and incredibly patient. Liam finds peace, tranquility and inspiration in the small town of Sutter Lake.
If you love a sweet, sexy and suspenseful small town romance look no further than Beautiful Broken Life. In my opinion Catherine has a similar writing style to Devney Perry and I will be eagerly awaiting the release of Beautifully Broken Spirit.
