I’m not going to lie, when I read the synopsis for this title, I wasn’t sure what to expect,

but I shouldn’t have doubted Devney Perry’s ability to create a world and characters that I would fall in love with. 

Talia Eden is a resilient, hardworking, and compassionate doctor, who isn’t afraid to stand up

for herself.  She’s incredibly intelligent, and strong and I loved her interactions with her siblings and family.

Foster Madden is an MMA fighter who is driven and determined both in love and life.  He will do whatever it takes to re-gain Talia’s love and trust.

Their story is one of family, friendship, and love that is angsty, but also heartfelt, sweet,

and steamy.

Garnet Flats is an engaging and well-paced read and I look forward to the future additions to this captivating series.
