Friend is the seventh title in The Greene Family series and features the much-anticipated
story of Xavier and Clara. If you’re a
fan of this series like myself, you will have been eagerly awaiting this
friends to lover’s romance.
Xavier has made
some questionable choices in the previous titles, and I wasn’t sure how I’d
feel about this character, but I adored this sweet, complicated professional quarterback
who struggles with insecurities and vulnerabilities from his childhood.
Clara is such
an endearing heroine. She’s sweet, kind,
and a librarian, who will do anything for the community and people she cares
for most.
Xavier and Clara’s
friendship began as young children, and their connection and chemistry is
undeniable. Their story is full of heat,
heart and humour and their story moves between the past and present.
Overall, a thoroughly
enjoyable addition to the series and I cant wait for the next release.
