Courage for Fools is a standalone, opposites attract, slow burn, contemporary romance, featuring Rhett a Rockstar and Quinn a small-town girl.  This title is a unique, emotional, sweet, and sentimental read that will have you feeling a gamut of emotions.

Rhett and Quinn are two strangers who form a bond because they both feel the need to escape the lives they are living, which results in a road trip down Route 66.

Both Hunt and Wyett have evil families and find not only friendship but comfort with each other.  Despite their relationship beginning as a marriage of convenience the chemistry between this pair is undeniable and their banter is witty and fun.  With equal parts heat, heart and humor and a touch of mystery and suspense I was intrigued from beginning to end and look forward to the next addition to this series.

Wild North is the first title in The North Brothers series, that is passionate, romantic, intense, emotional and angsty.  With a unique ‘meet cute’ I was intrigued and captivated by this story from the very first chapter.

Jordan and Grizzly have quite rocky start to their relationship when she inadvertently drops into his life.   Jordan is optimistic, sassy, feisty and resilient despite the difficulties that life throws her way.  She’s quite inquisitive, and trouble seems to follow her despite the fact that she’s sweet and hardworking and isn’t afraid to stand up for herself.

Grizzly aka Alexander is a gruff, cold, brooding, loner who craves isolation and solitude.  He’s an incredibly complex character who is very direct and honest, yet possessive, whilst being quite closed off to those around him.  Alexander is quite a contradictory character that is also quite quirky and intriguing.

I found myself completely intrigued by all the North brothers and look forward to discovering more of their stories in future additions to this series.

The Silencer is a dark romantic suspense that centers around the theme of good vs evil, with darkness, revenge, and redemption.  This intriguing title oozes with corruption, depravity, and exploitation.    The imagery that Ms Boldt invokes is incredibly vivid and at times quite disconcerting.  This title has some triggers and may not be to everyone’s tastes.

The heroine is intelligent, resilient, strong, driven and determined.  A survivor who isolates herself so that she can protect others and is incredibly hard working.  She’s a complex character who is aloof yet also witty.

The hero is a FBI agent who is good, honorable and kind.  He’s a layered character that is lighthearted, witty and charming, whilst also persistent, driven and determined to seek justice for his victims.

The chemistry between this pair is undeniable, and I loved their interactions.  On the outside they appear to be opposites one representing light whilst the other is darkness, but underneath they are quite similar and fight for a common cause.

The silencer is a unique intriguing, and entertaining read that I highly recommend with the caveat that it does deal with some incredibly dark themes relating to children.

The hero Logan is a champion MMA fighter and is desperate to find a happy ever after with a woman who love him for more than his net worth.  He’s kind, caring, sexy, sweet and honest.  Logan isn’t afraid to go after what he wants and is very committed to his surprise bride.

Once again, the ending left some breadcrumbs as to who will feature in the next title, and I will be eagerly awaiting it’s release.
