Archer is the seventh addition to the Laurel Springs Emergency Response Team series and features two newcomers to Laurel Springs, Archer, and Alissa.

Archer and Alissa have much in common, and both have childhoods that have left them traumatised, and wary of commitment. Alissa is a nurse and is brave, strong, and resilient, whereas Archer is a police officer, caring, loyal and protective.

The previous couples from the series feature throughout as cameos and this title has strong themes of friendship and community throughout.

The connection between this pair is instantaneous, and it has equal parts heat and heart, I would have liked a little more character development, but overall, an enjoyable read.

The Brawl is the fifth addition to the Calamity, Montana series and features Ronan Thatcher and Larke Hale. 

I adore Willa Nash’s writing, and The Brawl was no exception, and I highly recommend this engaging and entertaining small town, contemporary romance.

Ronan Thatcher is an intriguing hero, he’s charming, charismatic, observant, driven, determined and compassionate.  He’s used to getting what when wants but isn’t afraid of a challenge.

Larke Hale is a single parent to an adorable toddler Wren.  She’s strong, resilient, and compassionate high school teacher, who despite her wariness is inexplicably drawn to Ronan.

Their banter is witty, flirtatious, and fun and their chemistry is undeniable.

This title is captivating and sweet, but also has a few surprising twists and turns.  I look forward to seeing what Willa Nash will release next.

Wilder Presley Says He Loves Me is a fast paced, heartwarming, and humorous title. 

Whilst it’s a quick read, it’s quite engaging and fun and introduces the reader to a cast of quirky characters and I look forward to seeing more of them in future additions to the series.

If anything my only complaint is that this title wasn’t long enough as I wanted more.

My Brother’s Forbidden Friend is the ninth and final addition to the Green Family series, featuring Chevelle and Cam.  I’ve been eagerly awaiting their story, and it didn’t disappoint.

This title was engaging with fun and flirty, and at times antagonistic banter, but it was also captivating and bittersweet that it was the end of this series.

There’s much more to Cam than meets the eye and I adored everything about this hero, from his protective streak to his ability to pull pranks and get under Chevelle’s skin.

Chevelle is a complex and endearing heroine.  I loved her strength, but also her vulnerabilities.

Whilst I will miss the Greene family, I do look forward to the Lake Starlight series.

I’m quite a fan of both Kaylee Ryan and Lacey Black’s writing and Tell Me a Story sounded right up my alley.

Joey and Brock’s story is a slow burn, brother’s best friend, sports romance.

Brock is a professional football player with a reputation with the ladies.  He’s everything you look for in a swoon worthy hero.  Charming, sweet, supportive, attentive, protective, and sexy.

Joey is Brock’s best friend Caleb’s younger sister.  She’s a warm and loving heroine who hasn’t had an easy upbringing.

Their story is sweet, and their connection is immediate, with a slow build up from friends to something more meaningful. 

Overall, an engaging and entertaining story, and I hope we get Caleb’s story at some point in the future.
