Unravel You is the first title in the Cole Brothers series, and was my first time reading Diana A Hicks.
I kind of felt like I was missing a big part of the build up of the relationship Valentina and Derek share, until I discovered their story began in Lover over Lattes.
Derek is an intelligent, successful and intuitive businessman. Whilst his heart is in the right place, Derek is protective, but also a tad over the top, and controlling when it comes to Valentina. He has great difficulty with communicating his thoughts and feelings.
Whilst Valentina is sweet, kind, caring and compassionate, she's also quite resilient and strong.
Overall I quite enjoyed this first installment in the Cole Brother's series, and found Derek and Valentina's story to be full of twists and turns, heat, heart and humor and I was completely engaged.
The Cole brother's have captured my interest and I can't wait to read future titles in this series.
