Alba is a
shy, introverted heroine who loves to read.
She’s also the younger sister of Bella who appeared in Undaunted.
The chemistry
between this pair is intense, their story is suspenseful and takes off from
where the previous book left off.
I loved the
camaraderie between the brothers and look forward to future additions to the
series.

Finding Solace is the third title in the Kings of Retribution MC series, but can easily be read as a standalone. This was my first time experiencing this writing duo's work, and it didn't disappoint.
Reid is a brooding, damaged alpha. After being hurt in an accident, he's is not only recovering physically, but he's still coming to terms with loss and grief from his past.
Mila is sweet, kind, caring and compassionate. She's a single mother to a young daughter Ava, who is just adorable. Having been raised in a cold and neglectful home as a child, the only love she's has ever know came from her grandmother. The grandmother she so dearly loves is slowly slipping away to the grips of Alzheimer's. Mila is loyal and has dedicate her life to caring and nurturing others and when she loves it's fiercely and with her whole heart.
Both characters are endearing, realistic and strong. In their own way they are both grieving the loss of a loved one. Mila and Reid's story is incredibly sweet, the relationship between Reid and Ava is heartwarming. The chemistry this pair share is undeniable.
Finding Solace is a well written, story with twists and turns that kept me completely engaged and entertained. I will be eagerly awaiting future titles by this writing duo, and will be adding the previous titles to my never ending to be read list!

the club President and Grace the town of Polson’s resident baker. Both characters have appeared frequently in
the previous titles in the series, and I was eager for their story.
This title
is an emotional second chance romance featuring a hero who is not only an alpha
to the core, but the father figure to his club members and a widower. Jake is possessive, strong and not afraid to
go after what he wants.
Grace aka
Anna is more than a little skittish when it comes to trusting others and their
motivations. She’s resistant to making lasting
connections, but is also resilient, strong and a survivor doing the best to
escape her past.
This title
is intense, with equal parts intrigue, action, suspense and violence, with quite
a few secrets revealed.
This title
may be a trigger for some readers as it does contain domestic violence.

Lost King
is the fifth title in the series and features Quinn and Emerson. I was eager to read Quinn’s story as he’s
such an endearing and engaging character, always ready with a dose of humor and
a quick witted one liner.
Quinn has a
reputation as a ladies man, which was well earned prior to Emerson’s arrival in
town. He’s a sexy, goofy smart ass, with
a big heart who will do anything for those he holds dear and is rather possessive
and protective when the need arises. This
alpha hero is incredibly loyal, loving, and has a wonderful sense of humor that
is sure to have you laughing out loud.
Emerson is
an intelligent, driven and dedicated doctor who has proven her loyalty and
worth to the club on more than one occasion.
The sexual
tension between this pair just oozes off the page and the love scenes are not
only hot, but steamy.

Prospect
features Sofia Torres who first appeared in Undaunted and Sam McGregor who first
appeared in Darkest of Light. Sam and
Sofia’s story is a suspenseful, sweet and sexy read that ties in with Riggs the
first book in the spin-off series featuring the Louisiana chapter. I read the books out of order so was already
aware of much of the events in this book having read Riggs first.
Sam is
patient, kind, loving, loyal, compassionate and confident, but will do anything
for his firefly.
Sofia is a
strong resilient, kind and compassionate heroine, using the events of her past
to help others heal.
I hope to
see more of these characters in the spin off series.
