Cruel Fortune is the second title in the Cruel Series and follows on from Cruel Money.
All I can say about this plot is that it will leave you reeling. Natalie and Penn's story is intense, passionate and angsty. The twists and turns just keep coming in this series, and I was completely enthralled.
Not only the hero and heroine, but the side characters in this series are complex and intriguing. Despite the lies, deceit, and manipulations you are sure to either love them or hate them, either way you will be drawn into the world of the Upper East Side. \
After the way this book finished, I'm even more eager for the next installment in the series.

A way to sate my sexual appetite.
I let her glimpse the man I am. The face that I hide behind my carefully cultivated life.
But she ripped open that divide--and there's no going back.
Now, she's here. In my city.
I don't care that I'm Manhattan royalty and she's the help.
Only that she's living in my summer home. With me.
And I want more.
