Home To You - Kaylee Ryan & Lacey Black

Hawk - Kat Savage
Hawk
Tanner is not a man of many words—especially if you’re a silly girl getting a
silly tattoo in his shop. The owner of Bird’s Eye Tattoo Studio doesn’t want
you to tip him with your phone number or flirty glances. He’s tired of all the
wrong women wanting him for all the wrong reasons.
Drew
Ashby has no time—for anything. As a recently-divorced single mother, her focus
is on finding a job, caring for her daughter, and rebuilding some semblance of
a life after hers was wrecked.
When
Drew lands a job at Bird’s Eye, sparks don’t immediately fly. She can't deny
the fact that her boss is a delicious specimen of a man. His tattoo-covered
skin might even drive her wild, but his brooding presence and set jaw make him
hard to read.
That
is, until he drops the bad boy persona and starts making moves on her—kind and
caring gestures she doesn't expect.
Things
turn hot, and just when Drew thinks everything is finally going right, life
does what it does best: It throws her a curveball from her past.
Bird’s
Eye might not be the family Drew envisioned for herself, but ideals can change
in a heartbeat. There’s no doubt Hawk is the man she wants, but can he step up
and be the man she needs?
Hawk is the
first title in the Men of Bird’s Eye series, and it was my first time reading Kat
Savage’s work, and this sweet story didn’t disappoint.
Drew Ashby is
a strong, determined single mother to a sweet little girl called Ava. She is incredibly loving, and always puts her
daughters needs before her own and is more than a little skittish and cautious
when it comes to starting a new relationship.
Hawk Tanner
is the owner of Bird’s Eye tattoo studio, and a tattoo artist. On the outside he is kind of prickly and
gruff, but underneath lies a heart of gold.
He’s incredibly loyal and protective for those he cares for most. The genuine relationship Hawk shares with Ava
is heartwarming.
Hawk and
Drew share an immediate connection, and their chemistry is undeniable despite
Drew being more than a little resistant to getting into another relationship.
The banter
is witty between the various members of the Bird’s Eye tattoo studio and I look
forward to future additions to the series.

This is my last
chance to ditch my playboy reputation and finally fulfill my potential. So I’ve
made three rules for our biggest season yet: no boozing, no women, and no
scandals.
Especially that
last thing.
So who do I
befriend on the very first day back at the rink? An amazing female hockey
player. I want Sylvie in a way that’s more than just friendly. I crave her. But
I have a championship to win, and so does she.
Then she gets her
heart broken by my teammate, and I make the foolish mistake of comforting her
in the best way I know how. Our night together sets off a string of sins.
Nobody can know
about our affair, especially my overprotective teammate. I can’t let anyone see
into my greedy little heart. Not even her.
The things I want
from her, and the things we’ve already done? If anyone knew, there’d be
bombshells.
Blind Pass - Monty Jay
Emerson Greene
Being the life of the
party had always been easy until one fatal night five years ago sent him into a
spiral of self-destruction.
A night that cost
him, not only his best friend, but also the only woman he's ever loved.
The bad boy of the
NHL is trying to outskate the ghosts of his past.
Searching for
redemption by clinging to his sobriety and fighting for his spot on the Fury.
He never expected that same, brown-eyed girl to walk back into his life with
secrets of her own.
Sofia Morgan
She was not the kind
of girl tragic things happened to.
She had plans.
She had goals.
She had dreams.
But that was before
everything changed.
Now, she is
navigating through the card's life dealt to her.
Raised by strong
Hispanic women she has no choice, but to suck it up and brave whatever storm
comes next.
Except Emerson Greene
is not a storm. He is a crash course in trouble.
Could life be giving
him a second chance at his happily ever after?
Or is their past too
much for their future to handle?

Blind Pass
is the fourth addition to the Fury series and once again Monty Jay did not disappoint
with this captivating read that is highly emotional, at times raw and
completely heartfelt. Whilst a sweet
romance, it also has it’s fair share of angst and strong themes of grief,
family, friendship, belonging and forgiveness.
Emerson
Greene is a professional NHL player who has struggled with addiction since he
was in college and suffers a huge amount of guilt for his past choices and the
loss of his best friend. He’s honest,
loving, caring and desperate to make amends for his past.
Sophia
Morgan is a single mother to a young son Ezekiel. Emerson and Sophia were friends in college as
she was dating his best friend. She’s strong,
resilient, independent and passionate.
I adored
the connection and chemistry they share and loved the way in which they bring
out the best in each other. Their banter
is witty which is needed at times to lighten the mood, as the story line is permeated
with angst an emotion.
I’ve loved every
title in this series and look forward to seeing what Monty Jay writes next.
My Saving Grace - Melanie Moreland
Grace VanRyan has her life mapped out.
Law school, a career with ABC, and a bright future ahead of her.
Until Jaxson Richards steps into the picture. He’s everything she
hasn't planned for.
Older, sexy, off-limits.
And her new boss.
When the passion between them explodes, will her life blow up
along with it?

My Saving
Grace is the first title in the Vested Series: ABC Corp featuring Grace Van
Ryan and Jaxson Richards.
Grace aka
Gracie is articling for a well know law firm and aspires to work with her
cousins at ABC Corp once she passes the bar.
She has an incredibly strong work ethic, is optimistic, intelligent, and
strong. Grace isn’t afraid to
acknowledge her short comings, and whilst independent, is also quite
vulnerable.
Jaxson
Richards is successful, intelligent, protective, and complicated hero. He’s gruff, brooding and short tempered, and
doesn’t believe in love or a happy ever after, but is still flirty, dominant
and a wonderful mentor to Grace.
The
chemistry and attraction between Grace and Jaxson is immediate and undeniable,
and they challenge each other both in and out of the work place.
Overall My
Saving Grace is an emotional and fast paced read with quite a few moments of
humor and I look forward to future additions to the series.

My Beautiful Neighbor - Piper Rayne
Who’s the mystery woman who just walked into my brewery?
I’m not the only one from my Alaskan small
town asking themselves that question. But I’m positive, I’m the only one in
Sunrise Bay undressing the pretty blonde in my head. Everything about her, from
her make-up to her high heels says she’s a fish out of water.
Whispers and speculations run rampant until
the secret of who she is gets uncovered. Then the rumor mill goes into
overdrive when she announces she’s staying to open a bookstore in the building
next to mine—throwing a big wrench into my plans to buy that empty building.
I quickly find myself in a tug-of-war since
my business partner/brother is upset she’s ruined the opportunity to expand our
business. I try to keep my distance, but I’ve got one sister with a gossip
column on the local radio station and two meddling grandmas setting me up as a
tour director.
And now I kind of like the idea of our new
neighbor staying. But small-town life isn’t for the weak—time will tell if she
has what it takes to be one of us.

My
Beautiful Neighbor is the first full length title in The Greene Family series
and follows on from the prequel My Twist of Fortune. This series is set in the small town of Sunrise
Bay, Alaska and for lovers of The Bailey series, there are cameos of several
favorites from Lake Starlight, including Dori Bailey and Ethel Greene who is
the matriarch of the Greene family.
My
Beautiful Neighbor is not only packed full of the heat, heart, and humor that I’ve
come to expect from Piper Rayne’s books, but it’s also quite fun and charming.
The Greene
family is a large, blended family of ten children who all share a unique bond
and love nothing more than to meddle in each other’s lives.
The hero is
the eldest Greene child who owns and operates the Truth or Dare Brewery with
his brother. He’s a loyal, loving and
family oriented and overall a nice guy who can be a tad frustrating with his
commitment issues.
The heroine
is a newcomer to the town of Sunrise Bay, she’s not only likeable, but strong,
driven and determined.
The banter
is witty and fun. The attraction between
this pair I immediate, but they are both hesitant to start a relationship, and
it makes for an intriguing storyline.
Overall, I thoroughly
enjoyed this quirky town, with residents who love a good gossip and look
forward to the next installment in this series.
Call Me Crazy - Melanie Harlow
It was the perfect plan.
I needed a wife--temporarily--in order to inherit the family business.
And she needed a favor--the kind that takes nine months to deliver.
Call Me Crazy, an all-new steamy and heartfelt small-town romance from USA Today bestselling author Melanie Harlow is available now!
We had it all worked out, from the no-touching policy on our wedding night (her rule) to the no-falling-in-love decree (mine). She’d marry me, I’d give her the means to have the baby she’d always wanted, and one year later we’d amicably part ways with no hassle, no demands, and certainly no regrets.
After all, Bianca DeRossi and I are experts at infuriating one another--we’ve been doing it since we were kids. Trouble is, she grew up gorgeous and feisty, and she still knows exactly how to get under my skin.
And that wedding night? Well, it doesn’t exactly go down hands-free.
Then she moves in with me, and I really start to lose my mind. From her sexy little pout to her wicked sense of humor to those meatball sandwiches she makes just because she knows they’re my favorite . . . I find myself wanting to break every rule we put in place.
Our story was never supposed to end with happily ever after.
But call me crazy, I just might be in love with my wife.

Call Me Crazy is the third addition to the Bellamy Creek series featuring Enzo Moretti and Bianca De Rossi. Bianca and Enzo’s story is a sweet, playful enemies to lovers, marriage of convenience with a touch of angst and equal parts heat, heart and humor.
Enzo and Bianca are well developed and complex characters who have known each other since they were children, and are well aware of how to push each other’s buttons, that results in not only humor but heartbreak at times.
Enzo appeared frequently in the previous titles, but he was so much more than I expected. I was expecting a cocky, player which although a part of his personality it was the sweet, thoughtful, charming, patient, and sensitive side that surprised me. As well meaning as he is, he’s completely clueless when it comes to women.
Bianca is an intelligent, sassy, strong, charming, and funny heroine, who I also found to be quite relatable.
Their banter fun, playful, flirty, and antagonistic but also filled with emotion.
The chemistry between this pair is undeniable the love scenes are not only hot and sexy, but also quite steamy.
I adored their family and friends who feature throughout their story and look forward to the next title in the Bellamy Creek series.
“So how’s your ego tonight? A little
bruised, huh?”
“It’s fine,” I said, tightening the
knot in my tie. “Reina obviously wasn’t the right choice for a wife. I’m glad
she said no.”
Bianca started to choke on her olive.
“Wait a minute.” She fanned her face and managed to swallow. “You proposed to—to—what was the little
girl’s name?”
“Reina. And you’ve got no room to
call someone little, Tiny.”
As I’d hoped, the old nickname drew a
brief scowl from her. “We’re talking about you right now. Did you actually propose
tonight? Like with a ring?”
I exhaled, regretting I’d mentioned
it. “Yeah. I did.”
Her eyes lit up. “Let me see it.”
“No.”
“Why not?”
“Because you just want to rub salt in
my wound.”
“For fuck’s sake, Enzo. You’re not
wounded. You don’t even love this girl, you just needed to put a ring on her
finger so your dad would put your name on the company letterhead.” She held out
her hand. “Now give it here.”
Something told me I was going to be
sorry, but I reached into my jacket and pulled out the ring box.
She took it from me and opened it up.
“It’s pretty,” she said with grudging admiration. Then she squinted at it,
pushing her glasses up her nose. “Did you have it engraved?”
I picked up my bourbon and took a
hefty swallow. “No.”
“But it says .
. .” She set the box down and
pulled the ring from the velvet to examine it closer. Then she started
laughing. “‘Love Always, Ricky?’”
“Give me that.” Leaning forward, I
tried to swipe the ring from her hand, but she held it out of my reach.
“Just a second! I want to try it on.”
I thumped against the back of the
booth, picking up my drink again and tossing back the rest of it. Could this
night get any worse?
Bianca slipped the ring on her
finger—it fit—and held out her hand, studying it. “So what did you say?”
“I proposed.”
“But how? Like, did you say, ‘You’re
the love of my life and I want to be with you forever’ kind of thing?
”“Uh, not exactly. I didn’t want to
lie to her. I just, you know, gave her the ring.” I made a grand, sweeping
gesture with one hand.
“But you must have said something.”
“What difference does it make?” I
asked irritably.
“Look, I’m only trying to help you.
You obviously blew it tonight, and by your own admission, you need to find a
Lucy for your Ricky sooner rather than later, right?”
I looked around for Lara. I needed
another drink. And then a ride home.
“Right?” Bianca prodded me with her
foot under the table again. “So let me help you.”
“The only way you could help me is to
marry me,” I grumbled, waving Lara over. “And since that’s out of the question,
this discussion is over.”
“Well, wait a minute. Who said it’s
out of the question?”
I stared at her like she’d sprouted
horns. “Huh?”
Bianca continued to study the ring on
her finger. “I’m just thinking out loud here. But it seems to me we each have a
goal, and they could both be accomplished with one simple—fake—relationship.”
I shook my head, as if to clear it,
but the fog remained. “I know I’m drunk, but what the hell are you talking
about?”
She sighed and picked up her martini
for a sip. “I’m talking about the fact that you
need a wife to get what you want. I’m
willing to be that wife—temporarily,
and under the strictest of conditions—if you’ll agree to give me what I want.”
I shook my head. “Oh, no. No fucking
way. I see what you’re doing here. I’m not paying you to fake being my wife.”
Bianca rolled her eyes. “Give me a
break, Enzo. I don’t want your money. Nor do I need it.”
“Then I don’t understand, ”I said,
feeling—once again—completely baffled by a woman. “What could you possibly want
that I could give you?”
The smile that crept over those
hellfire lips should have been a warning. “A baby.”

Return to Us - Corinne Michaels
Return to Us by Corinne Michaels is now live!
From New York Times Bestselling author Corinne Michaels comes a new second chance standalone love story.
At eighteen, I walked away from Willow Creek Valley for good.
I was young, scared, and stupid, and it cost me the love of my life—Grayson Parkerson.
Fourteen years later, a crash sends me back home to recover.
Back to where we met, fell in love, and planned a future.
The one he’s now living as a single dad to his daughter.
Working at The Park Inn together gives us a chance to reconnect, and seeing him with his little girl makes me long for the days when he was mine. One look in his gorgeous blue-green eyes, and it’s like I never left. One kiss, and my world is upside down. One night together, and I know without a doubt, in his arms is where I belong.
I’m not the girl I was—intimidated by his wealthy family and desperate to escape our small town. I can imagine a new life for us here.
But he’s learned to guard his heart, and trust won’t come easily.
How can I convince him to give first love a second chance?

Return to
Us is the first title in the Willow Creek Valley, featuring Grayson Parkerson
and Jessica Walker. This series ties in with
the Arrowood Brothers series, and although it can be read as a standalone, I would
recommend at a minimum reading Stay For Me, where Jessica’s was first
introduced. Return to Us is a warm, engaging
and heartfelt small town, second chance romance, that whilst emotional is low
in angst.
Jessica and
Grayson have their fair share of obstacles they need to overcome, including
their shared past before they can look to find a happy ever after.
After surviving
a horrific trauma, Jessica returns home to recover and is tenacious in her will
to get back her independence. Jessica is a survivor, she’s resilient, strong,
and courageous for what she is able to overcome.
Grayson is
a sweet and sexy single father to a precious and precocious four-year-old Amelia. Add in that he’s a volunteer firefighter,
protective, and compassionate and you have one endearing alpha hero.
The
chemistry between this pair is intense, their connection is undeniable. The emotions between this pair just oozes off
the page.
I adored Grayson
and Jessica’s siblings and their group of friends and hope we see more of them
in future additions to the series.
