Edge of Reality is the fifth addition to the Arrows Edge MC series and features Mel and Paco, two characters who have made cameo appearances throughout the series.  I’ve become quite invested in this series, and love the mature, yet flawed characters that are not only relatable, but endearing.  This series features a MC that is quite unique, and the series has strong themes of family, friendship, community, and loyalty.

Mel is a lawyer who has helped the Arrows Edge out on several occasions to gain custody of endangered or runaway boys. She’s an intelligent, fierce, and independent heroine, who is unapologetically herself, you take her as you find her.  She’s vibrant, strong, and incredibly straight forward, and has a unique fashion sense for someone of her profession.

Still waters run deep comes to mind when I think of Paco.  He’s protective, kind, compassionate, observant, and sensitive, but also tends to put his foot in his mouth which make it hard to believe how intelligent and capable he is.  I loved his character and look forward to future additions to this intriguing, series full suspense, danger and romance.
