Salem and Judd both have pasts full of darkness and violence that they are doing their best to outrun.  Judd is a guarded, gruff hero, who is incredibly protective, and has a big loving heart.   Salem is a survivor, she’s an incredibly strong, resilient single mother.  This pare are complex, damaged, flawed and incredibly endearing.
