Forsaken Trail by Devney Perry is now live!
Aria Saint-James has planned the perfect getaway: sweatpants, takeout and two weeks alone with her sister and nephew. Nowhere on that list is wearing a low-cut dress and uncomfortable heels to attend a wedding where she knows neither the bride nor the groom. Toss in her nemesis, Brody Carmichael, and her road trip to Arizona is officially a bust.
But at least there is champagne.
She blames the bubbly for falling into bed with Brody that night. Enemy or no, the billionaire is irresistible in a tux. But after their one-night tryst, Aria has no choice but to cut her vacation short, returning home to escape his devilish smile, vowing never to see Brody again.
Except Aria gets a surprise a few weeks later--she's pregnant. When he learns that she's carrying his child, Brody offers Aria the chance of a lifetime. The catch? She has to live under his roof until the baby is born.
Either they'll kill each other in nine months. Or discover love buried beneath their hate.

Forsaken Trail is the fourth title
in the Runaway Road series, features Brody and Aria. Their story is an opposites attract, enemies
to lovers romance.
This series revolves around six
teenagers who lived and survived together in a junkyard and as adults are
taking turns to drive a Cadillac across the country. If you haven’t read the previous titles you
can easily read Forsaken Trail as a standalone, but I highly recommend reading
not only the previous book, but all of Devney Perry’s backlist.
Broderick ‘Brody’ was born into a
life a wealth family and has never known a life without wealth and luxury. Aria on the other hand spent several of her
younger years living as a runaway in a junkyard.
Aria is driving the Cadillac from
Oregon where she lives to her twin sister Clara and nephew August in Nevada. As much as she can’t wait to spend some time
with her sister, she’s not anxious to see her sister’s best friend and boss Brody.
When Clara is unable to attend a family
wedding with Brody, Aria steps in and with the help of some alcohol and undeniable
chemistry they discover that they don’t quite despise each other as much as
they thought.
Aria is a smart, sensible, honest
and feisty. Her childhood has left her
to be incredibly independent and headstrong, and resilient, who is incredibly
driven and focused when it comes to her career working with plants.
Brody is a smart and sophisticated
businessman, who can at times come across as being a tad pompous and arrogant,
but underneath his gruff exterior is a thoughtful, caring and kind heart.
The animosity between this pair is just
as apparent as the passion that they share.
Their banter is fun, flirtatious and antagonistic and sure to make you
smile. The chemistry between this pair
is combustible and they have more in common than first meets the eye. Both are incredibly stubborn and struggle
with the demons of their past.
Overall this title is a hot, touching,
sweet and emotional romance and a great addition to the series.
