Ryan’s Bed
I’ve read many of Tijan’s books, but Ryan’s Bed still managed to surprise and move me. It’s a unique, poignant and heartbreaking story that is sure to stay with you long after you’ve finished reading. Mac and Ryan’s story is well written, raw and full of emotion.
We Own Tonight
We Own Tonight is a rockstar romance, that is unique, well written, engaging and entertaining. Packed full of emotion. Eli and Heather's are incredibly well developed, and endearing characters. I found myself so incredibly drawn into their story, I craved them finding their happy ever after.
This pair of characters are incredibly relate-able. Being of a similar age group to this hero and heroine, when memories of the past were raised, I often felt a feeling of nostalgia, with parallels to my own teen years. Both these characters are flawed, they have insecurities, fears and vulnerabilities, which just makes them that much more endearing.
Eli is smart, sexy, talented, genuine, kind, caring and funny. He's that perfect, swoon worthy and ticks all the boxes for the perfect book boyfriend.
Heather is incredibly strong, having faced so much adversity in her life, but she doesn't give up. Heather is your typical caretaker, she puts her own needs and desires last. She's incredibly dependable, responsible and quite guarded.
The chemistry between this pair is undeniable, and their story is full of passion, love and loyalty.
Strong themes of family, and friendship flow throughout this story. I adored the secondary characters that made up their close friends and family members, they added depth to this story line and I would love to see some of them find their happy ever after in future titles.
We Own Tonight, is an emotional contemporary romance of finding hope after loss, with heat, heart and humour.
Irresistible Attraction Trilogy
The irresistible Attraction trilogy was my first-time reading Willow Winters writing and I found it to be an emotional, passionate and intense story. Right from the very beginning this title is full of secrets, surprises, and suspense.
King of Wall Street
The King of Wall Street was my also my first-time reading Louise Bay’s writing and it oozed chemistry, passion and sexual tension. If you are looking for a title low in angst, but full of heat, heart and humor look no further.
