Shattered Skull is the first title in the Sons of Sinister series, and it's not your typical MC romance. Whilst it features motorcycles they are designed for looks and speed.
This title resonated with me, as I'm sure it will for anyone who suffers from anxiety and understands just how debilitating it can be.
Everly is innocent and kind of naïve. She's looking to belong and desperate for love. Despite her anxiety, she's a survivor and incredibly resilient and strong.
Aiken is a complex character. Whilst quite protective and loyal he could also be quite dismissive at times and his hot and cold attitude became a tad frustrating for me.
Overall this title is an angst, emotional and steamy read full of drama, danger and violence. The side characters were interesting and I look forward to seeing more of them in future additions to the series.
