My True Love is the second book in The Steele’s at Silver Island series, featuring Jules and Grant.

I highly recommend this title to anyone who enjoys a sweet, sexy, inspiring, and heartfelt romance.

Jules Steele is an inspiring, positive, and confident heroine who lives life to the fullest.  She’s incredibly compassionate, caring, patient and understanding when it comes to Grant and his reluctance to mix with his family and friends.

Grant Silver is a war veteran who had his life planned out until he was wounded, and everything came tumbling down.  He’s withdrawn and has a lot of anger and has lost his confidence and feelings of worth.

The connection and chemistry between Jules and Grant is undeniable and their story has equal parts heat, heart and humor.

I thoroughly enjoyed the cameos from the other Steele and Silver siblings, in particular Jock and Daphne who featured in the first title.

Fighting the Fire is the third title in the Warrior Fight Club series, and features Daniela England and Sean Riddick.  Both characters have appeared in the previous titles and I was surprised by their romance.  Whilst I was expecting an enemies to lovers romance, it was more a frenemies to lovers romance instead.

Sean and Daniela’s story is emotional, and they have a lot in common, in particular that they both served their country and came home with more than their share of emotional scars.

When firefighter Sean is injured in an accident, nurse Daniela aids him in his recovery, and the two are bought closer together. Their banter is fun, flirty and full of sarcasm, and despite the issues from their past this strong and resilient pair have an undeniable connection and chemistry that I thoroughly enjoyed seeing evolve and grow over the course of the title.

For anyone familiar with the series several past characters make cameo appearances and I look forward to future additions to the series.

Tragedy and his turbulent past have shaped Austin the enigmatic and protective alpha he is.  Whilst he battles his demons, it’s his chosen family, the Kings of Retribution who have his undeniable loyalty and affection.

Lelani is a strong and resilient heroine but also blind.  Her lack of eyesight often makes her feel like a burden, but when she puts her mind to it, she’s driven and determined.  When given opportunities she’s quite confident and able, despite her disability.

For anyone familiar with this series, there are plenty of cameos from past characters throughout this title.

With twists and turns, action, intrigue, and suspense I was captivated from start to finish by this story of family, friendship and brotherhood.

Hard Luck is the fourth title in the Trophy Boyfriends series and features True Wallace, the younger sister to Buzz and Tripp who were featured in Hard to Fall, and Hard Love the previous additions to the series.

True is a likeable heroine who is sassy, sarcastic, stubborn and strong heroine who is coming to terms with the fact she is homeless and pregnant.  

Mateo Jose Espinoza is a professional baseball player, who whilst confident and charming, is also quite strong and sweet.

This pair shared an immediate connection and True’s brothers wedding, but she ghosted him thereafter.  They both come from large interfering families and I loved the relationship that Mateo shares with his sisters.

This title has plenty of moments of humour that are sure to have you laughing out loud, and the bickering and antagonistic banter, whilst fun and entertaining, at times I felt like I wanted more of the budding relationship between True and Mateo.

Overall an enjoyable read with heat, heart and humour.
