Suddenly Together is the second full length novel in the Dirty Texas series. This is Christian and Vanessa's story. Suddenly Together can be read as a standalone, but the story does overlap slightly with Suddenly Dirty and Suddenly More, but from the view point of both Christian and Vanessa.
Threat blend of romance, love, lust and humor. This is a friends to lovers story. I loved watching this pair grow and develop along with their respect, affection and love for each other. Christian and Vanessa have intense sexual chemistry and the sexual tension that evolves between these two is completely enthralling. Their love story has quite a few twists and turns that I didn't anticipate and kept my attention from start to finish.
Although there are some parts in this book that are quite serious and heartbreaking, they are evenly balanced with wonderful flirty and humorous moments and engaging and entertaining banter. It was wonderful to see so many of the previous characters appear just as frequently as secondary characters within this story line.
I look forward to reading more of this series and seeing the other members of Dirty Texas find the lady that challenges and captivates them in order to find their happy ever after.
