Eagle is the second title in the Linear Tactical series. I thoroughly enjoyed Zac and Anne's story in Cyclone, and was quite eager for Finn and Charlotte's story.
Finn and Charlotte's story is a second chance romance. This pair have had a life that has been quite tumultuous, neither is quite where they expected when they were high school sweethearts.
Charlotte is as endearing as she is frustrating. Trying to get information from her is like trying to get blood from a stone. She's feisty, bold, brave, intelligent, hard working and independent. She's also incredibly stubborn.
Finn is your typical former military alpha. He's charming, protecting, determined, loyal and a wonderful father to Ethan.
Their story is full of witty and engaging dialogue, action, intrigue, and secrets that keep you completely enthralled. The sexual tension and passion between this pair just oozes off the page.
I thoroughly enjoyed the secondary characters and look forward to Aiden's book next with Shamrock.
