Needing you close is the second title in the Ex-Con Duet and the conclusion to Tyler and Gemma’s story.  This writing duo manages to write characters that are incredibly evil, deceptive and creepy and I was eager to see how the whole Robert and Victoria situation would play out.

In Keeping You Away Gemma was quite a confused heroine, and I loved watching her character evolve into a strong, independent heroine, and isn’t afraid to go after what she wants.

Tyler is the same protective, loyal and loving hero, and I was so glad to see him find an element of happiness after all that he has endured.

This title is full of suspense and I couldn’t wait to see how this story would end.  There were quite a few twists and turns that I didn’t see coming and I look forward to the next addition to this unique series.
