Contingency
Plan is the third title in the Blackbridge Security and it’s quite a unique
take on a bodyguard romance. Remi and Fynn’s story is an emotional slow burn
romance that is sure to pull at your heart strings.
Remi is the
daughter and step daughter of Hollywood A listers. She’s an enigmatic character who at first
appears to a bratty, spoiled, and pampered princess. But in reality she’s a very sad, lonely young
woman, desperate for friendship, love and understanding.
Flynn is a
stoic former FBI agent, and the last thing he wants is to play bodyguard to
Remi who is basically on house arrest. He’s
protective, kind, compassionate and she knows just how to push all his buttons.
The chemistry
between this pair is undeniable, but they are both damaged from their pasts and
struggle to trust others with their heart.
I
thoroughly enjoyed this title and look forward to future additions to the
Blackbridge Security series.
