Hard to Love is the fifth title in the Play Hard series, featuring Finn Sanderson.  I was eager to read Finn’s story to see how this underhanded, cheating, sports agent could be redeemed.

Stevie Lancaster is a feisty, driven, talented and successful tennis player whose world is spiraling after the loss of her father.  When Finn’s mentor asks a favor of him to watch over Stevie, he can’t refuse despite the sparks that fly when they are in the same room.

Finn is driven, ruthless, competitive, and arrogant, but I loved seeing him rescue and protect Stevie, and in the process redeem himself and gaining and insight into his past.

The chemistry between this pair is undeniable, despite the fact that they have an innate ability to frustrate and infuriate each other.  Their banter is equal parts flirtatious and antagonistic.

I recommend this title if you’ve enjoyed the Play Hard series, or love an enemies to lover romance and look forward to seeing what K Bromberg comes up with next.
