Mr January is the first title in the Calendar Boys series, it's a second chance romance told in a dual point of view. Andrew and Dylan's story was my first time reading Nicole's work and I thoroughly enjoyed her writing style.
This pair of characters are both incredibly headstrong and endearing. Their banter is witty, fun and flirtatious. Their love for each other is undeniable, but they need to overcome the past, secrets and guilt in order to re-connect and move forward with their relationship. The chemistry and passion between this pair oozes off the page, with every interaction despite their tumultuous past.
Mr January has definitely whet my appetite as far as the Calendar Boys series and I will be eagerly awaiting the next addition to the series.
